- Return and Refund Policy:
- Exchange and refund are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products offered on our store.

- The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in the original packaging.
- Refunds can be requested within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us through our "Contact Us" page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number if the product is defective, has a specific issue, or does not match what was agreed upon.
- A full refund will be issued to the customer if the received product is significantly different from the product description on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.
- A 30% deduction or a value not less than 25 AED will be applied if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or significant issue to mention.
