  • Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number if the product is defective, has a specific issue, or does not match what was agreed upon.

  • We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.
  • A 30% deduction or a value not less than 25 AED will be applied if the customer does not want the product and there is no defect or significant issue to mention.
