When will I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping company chosen and responsible for the delivery. We work with a variety of shipping providers in major cities. Typically, it takes from one to three days from the order confirmation.

Is international delivery available?

Currently, our contracted shipping companies only deliver within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page. If you wish to have international delivery, please contact our store via WhatsApp to inquire about product weight, pricing, and available international shipping agents that are not currently listed on our store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

Please refer to our return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a manufacturing defect that is eligible for return, the shipping cost to return the product to us will be incurred by the customer, as well as the cost of reshipping the replacement product. However, the cost of the product itself will not be charged to the customer, following our return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
